The next house project: our upstairs guest room! This is a smaller bedroom we have but I want to turn it into a room that has so much coziness and personality. I put together this moody, coastal inspo board and I’m really liking how it feels so far. Instead of using wallpaper, I want to go the more affordable route and paint stripes on the walls- I haven’t decided yet if I want to do some kind of of wainscoting around the bottom half of the room or if I want to take the stripes all the way to the floor. This room doesn’t get a ton of natural light, as it only has one window, so I wanted to lean into the moodiness feel that it already naturally has.
This upholstered headboard I’m a huge fan of. Has great texture and lines with the piping detail.
These nightstands are so affordable and a great size! The fluted fronts are so fun. I would switch out the hardware on these.
Etsy is my go-to place when it comes to decorative pillows. They have such a huge selection of patterns and it’s a great way to shop small!
