We’re finally getting back into the swing of things over here and it feels great! This week I took a few Peloton classes and it never fails to amaze me how great working out is for your mental health. I didn’t have any big exercise or weight management goals for this year, more so to just keep my body moving and healthy. It’s been absolutely freezing here in Charleston, it has me looking forward to spring weather. I’ve been cozied up working from home for the most of it while making more design decisions for our kitchen makeover- so many details I can’t wait to share!
