GREEN HUES

3.8.23

Most of my wardrobe is comprised of mainly neutral tones with a few pops of color here and there. If I’m not wearing a variation of black, camel, blue, or grey then I’m more than likely in green. I tend to reach for the deeper tones of green: olive, forest, sage, etc., but this season I’ve been tapping into more of what the green hue has to offer. Kelly green, neon green, and chartreuse are a few that I’ve been seeing trending more and more this spring. These bright tones of green have me looking more and more to the warmer weather and have me also wanting to expand my wardrobe!

A few favorites:

The current polish color I’ve been loving and that has been on my toes for most of this season is ‘How Does Your Zen Garden Grow?’ by OPI. A stunning color that looks great on all skin tones! I’ve always been a bright nail color person and this green just takes the cake.

I’ve always been a fan of a pop of color for a wallet. A bright tone with a neutral, timeless bag to me has always been such a playful way to show your personality! Not to mention it’s a small piece that can be changed out season to season. This Wild Leaves color by Tory Burch card case is a great example of a bright, fun green for spring and summer!

We are currently planning on taking a tropical vacation at the end of May and I think this sweet dress from Petal and Pup would be perfect for the occasion. I love the light feel and all the different colors that this dress comes in, specifically the green. A bright dress is always great to have on hand in a tropical paradise, not to mention perfect for showing off a tan!
