The holiday season is officially upon us and I couldn’t be more excited. We have a lot of travel plans with friends and family in the next coming months, so planning ahead for all the festivities is a must. One of my favorite holiday activities is getting people together to celebrate the season. Setting the scene and the environment for those gatherings is a passion of mine. Creating a space where people feel welcomed and warm can be a daunting task, especially with hustle and bustle of the holidays. With parties to host and good times to be had, here’s how I would set the table for a Thanksgiving dinner:

These sweet scalloped plates add a feminine touch to your tablescape. The fun edges make for a diverse table setting. The sandy beige tone is perfect for Thanksgiving and the colors of the season.
I thought this name card holder was absolutely precious. A great way to add a natural textured piece to your table. Place a name card or a polaroid photo in the holder for each place setting!

I’m such a sucker for a holiday platter. I think every holiday deserves their own statement on the table, and this one is IT for Thanksgiving. A very traditional take with the large, detailed turkey in the middle and the vine pattern around the edge. Such a timeless piece and worth the splurge!
Add height to your tablescape with these candlesticks from Crate and Barrel. The classic antique brass finish brings in so much character with its rustic texture. I’ve always been one to sort my candle sticks in pairs or in sets of three. This set is also perfect to add to your holiday mantles this season!
